YOUR BOOKING

After making a reservation you must complete a confirmation form, signed by first named person in party. Party leader must be over 18 years of age and authorised by all members of the party listed to accept conditions of booking on their behalf. Once the confirmation booking form is received and the deposit is cleared the booking will be confirmed by a receipt for the deposit. Please check file carefully to ensure it is correct notifying any changes immediately.

VILLA OCCUPANCY

The villa will be available for your occupancy at 4 pm on the first day of your confirmed rental period.You are expected to vacate the villa by 10 am on the last day of your confirmed rental period.This must be strictly adhered to so that cleaning, final preparation of the villa and an inventory check can be made before the arrival of any new guests that same day. When next guests are not due to arrive that same day a late check out or early arrival is available but at an additional charge. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on their departure.

PAYMENT

A £100 per week deposit is required on booking and is non refundable.The balance and security deposit is due 60 days prior to departure.If you book less than 60 days before departure the full balance is due immediately. Accept cheque (in UK only), Bank Transfers, credit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately due to the high cost of using PayPal and our eagerness to provide the convenience for our customers to make payment with their credit card/ debit card a surcharge of 4.3% is applicable to this method of payment. Please note that payments made in euros or currencies other than sterling or dollars will need to be received by us in sterling or dollars.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

You are required to pay £200.00 in case of breakage, loss or damage to the villa during your stay.This will be refunded 14 days after you return from holiday subject to there being no damage to the villa or its contents, key returned and safe left open.

CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

Should it become necessary to cancel the booking the cancellation must be made by the party leader.The cancellation will become effective from the date the letter is received. Cancellations are subject to charge detailed below as a percentage of the total amount due dependent on the time you cancel. All guests are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance.

CANCELLATION NOTICE GIVEN:

  • More than 60 days: Deposit only
  • 60 to 0 days 100%.

FORCE MAJEURE

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible nor accept liability where we are prevented from delivering our contractual obligations by "force majeure".Those include but are not limited to war,threat of war,civil commotion or strife, hostilities strikes and other industrial disputes,natural disasters ,fires, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather conditions,government actions other events outside our control.Your travel insurance may cover you in some of these events.

IN CASE OF COMPLAINT

In case of complaint you must inform the local management company immediately so the matter can be rectified as soon as possible.

THE USE OF AMENITIES

No responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the user or visitors belongings. The use of accommodation and amenities ie. swimming pool etc. is entirely at your own risk.The pool is protected by a removable safety fence. This is fully erected in advance of the arrival of guests. It is the party leaders responsibility to decide whether to remove all or part of the safety fence, which must be replaced at the end of a stay.The safety fence must not be used as a clothes line.
